These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Wholesale Water Heater and the use of Wholesalewaterheater.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced below.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing, product descriptions, images, promotions, specifications, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Wholesale Water Heater is not bound by typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate product descriptions, incorrect images, or promotional errors. If an error is discovered before an order is processed, we may contact you with the corrected information and provide the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.

Submission of an order and receipt of an automated order confirmation do not constitute final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to review, correct, decline, or cancel an order before fulfillment where necessary.

We make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, product availability, estimated ship dates, and manufacturer lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Many products are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, or third-party warehouses. Availability and lead times may change after an order is placed due to manufacturing delays, inventory changes, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Wholesale Water Heater is not responsible for manufacturer delays or changes to estimated availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to your order when updated information becomes available.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the equipment being purchased is appropriate for the intended application and complies with applicable building codes, health department requirements, manufacturer requirements, utility requirements, and local regulations.

Requirements vary by location and application. Before ordering, customers should verify all relevant specifications, including but not limited to:

Equipment that has been installed, altered, damaged, or removed from its original packaging may not qualify for return solely because it does not meet local requirements or is incompatible with the customer's application.

Wholesale Water Heater may provide product-matching tools, replacement recommendations, cross-reference information, and artificial intelligence-assisted tools designed to help customers identify potential replacement equipment.

These tools are provided as product-selection aids and should not be treated as a substitute for verifying the requirements of the specific installation. Product specifications, installation requirements, certifications, dimensions, fuel type, voltage, phase, venting, capacity, BTU input, ASME requirements, emissions requirements, and other characteristics should be independently verified before purchasing or installing equipment.

When a replacement recommendation differs from the existing equipment, the customer or installing professional is responsible for determining whether the recommended product is appropriate for the application.

Certain non-stock products may be identified as Drop Ship, special order, or otherwise sourced specifically for an order.

Drop Ship and special-order products are shipped as soon as they become available. Manufacturer lead times vary and may extend several weeks or longer depending on the product. Estimated lead times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Certain special-order products may be non-returnable. Please confirm eligibility before placing an order if returnability is important to your purchase decision.

Return eligibility, restocking fees, exchange requirements, shipping charges, and exclusions vary by product type and condition.

Products being returned must comply with the requirements of our current Return Policy. Certain commercial equipment, tankless products, parts, special-order items, opened products, or other product categories may be subject to different restocking fees or may be non-returnable.

Unless otherwise indicated, products are sold with the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer.

If a product is believed to be defective, please contact us so we can assist with the applicable inspection, troubleshooting, warranty, replacement, or return process.

Products returned as defective may be inspected. If the product is determined not to be defective, or if damage resulted from improper installation, misuse, alteration, or another condition not covered by the applicable warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, re-delivery, or other applicable charges.

Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries promptly upon receipt. Freight shipments should be inspected carefully before the delivery receipt is signed.

If obvious shipping damage is present, you should refuse the damaged shipment when appropriate and contact Wholesale Water Heater immediately at (248) 892-1000.

Damage should be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt. When possible, packaging should be removed and the product inspected in the presence of the delivery driver.

We recommend noting the following on freight delivery paperwork:

Concealed damage should be reported to Wholesale Water Heater and the delivering carrier immediately after discovery.

Claims involving damage, shortages, shipping errors, or other delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to promptly inspect and document freight damage may limit our ability to pursue a claim with the carrier.

Wholesale Water Heater does not assume responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect application, installer error, modification, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or failure to comply with applicable codes and regulations.

Commercial water-heating equipment should be installed and commissioned by appropriately qualified professionals when required by the product, manufacturer, or applicable law.

Information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it may be used, the service providers that may process information on our behalf, and how information submitted through features such as the Replacement Finder may be processed.
